LOFT & COLOR represents large-scale abstract art with a strong architectural presence.

At the center of each composition is the interaction between light, surface and materiality. Using squeegee techniques, layered textures and spontaneous structures, unique abstract works are created that reveal new nuances depending on perspective and light.

The paintings do not tell a fixed story.
Instead, they open a space for personal perception, emotion and interpretation. Each viewer experiences an individual dialogue with the work.

Uwe Schmidt lives and works near Berlin.
Since 2020, he has created abstract paintings in acrylic and mixed-media techniques, presented at public exhibitions including the Teltow Art Sunday and exhibitions at the Mittelbrandenburgische Sparkasse.

Each work is a hand-painted original on high-quality canvas — sealed, signed and ready to hang.
